Drew Mattin is certainly the top man statewide at 106 and has proved it by defeating everyone who has crossed his path.  

The rest of the field would probably knock each other off on any given day, and especially depending on weigh-in times.  It's no secret that one of the main factors weighing into Edwards road to a state title is how he reacts to three morning weigh-ins at the state tournament.  Edwards is the biggest 106 in the state.  If Stickley and Kosco wrestled 100 times, they'd likely go 50/50.  

Given the fact that Edwards has looked shaky everytime down at 106, we are thinking Donathan is the top guy in D1 until someone beats him and the #2 106 in the state. 

Add in the major factors of Breeding, Cardello, Hryniw, Kazamir, Grant, and Jagel, who truly knows where the chips will fall besides in D3 and Mattin.
